Hi, I’m Rachel — a menstrual cycle coach, slow living writer, and the voice behind The Woman’s Almanac.

For years, I lived out of sync with my body, my rhythm, and the seasons of my life. As a primary care PA, I poured endlessly into others while quietly burning myself out.

What began as a personal journey to heal my cycle and reclaim rest has evolved into a deeper path — one rooted in rhythm, reverence, and reimagining what it means to truly live in sync.
